Island Gateway.
We designed roadways, water and sewer utilities, stormwater facilities and site grading for a complex 3-acre development in Bainbridge Island. Our work included feasibility studies, providing input to the City approval process, preparation of contract documents and construction administration. We developed an approach to stormwater management and erosion control which substantially reduced costs while providing protection to an adjancent stream. The rpoject was performed on an expedited schedule to protect grant funds for a nonpofit tenent. We met the tight schedule.

We provided full site and utility design and assisted in construction management  for projects throughout Bainbridge Island including many major developments in the Winslow core area:
